Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — Growth subscribers can cancel via PayFast or by emailing hello@loyalti.co.za. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No penalties, no fuss.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your stamps, rewards, and customer history are safe forever. You simply revert to the Free plan and lose access to paid features. Your customers are unaffected.
How is payment handled?
Growth payments are processed securely by PayFast — South Africa's leading payment gateway. Your card details never touch our servers. Pro plans are invoiced monthly by Loyalti.
When can I upgrade to Growth?
The Growth plan unlocks once your business has 50 or more customers. This ensures businesses that upgrade are genuinely ready to use the advanced features.
What is the 50-customer requirement?
We gate Growth upgrades at 50 customers to ensure the platform delivers real value before you pay. It's a quality filter, not a barrier — most active businesses reach it within a few weeks.
Is there a contract for Pro?
No contracts. Pro is month-to-month, invoiced by Loyalti. Cancel with 30 days notice by emailing hello@loyalti.co.za.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Growth at any time (once you have 50+ customers). Contact us at hello@loyalti.co.za to upgrade to Pro or to downgrade.
